Scholarship Applications will open in March 2025

Starting in 2021, IDAA invited professionals dedicated to issues of healthcare professionals’ wellbeing, including the treatment, and monitoring of substance use disorders, to sponsor and exhibit at our annual meeting. This was a wonderful opportunity for IDAA to increase awareness and understanding of our organization’s mission and goals among professionals treating addicted healthcare professionals and raise needed funds to support our organization and its work. We look forward to offering this to professional providers and organizations wishing to exhibit at our Annual Meeting in Spokane.

Exhibitor Fee: $3,000 Included in the fee:

  • Two complimentary registrations to the annual meeting and discounted room rates at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Additional representatives are subject to registration fees.
  • Recognition and display of company logo on our signs, agenda, and other literature
  • A 6-foot draped exhibit table and two chairs in the designated exhibit hall from July 9-13th
  • Exhibitor representatives are encouraged to attend the Welcome Reception, CE presentations, Thursday and Saturday banquets, Family Recovery Luncheon, and Spiritual Brunch.

Since this is a recovery-oriented meeting catering to the needs of persons and families impacted by addiction, we ask exhibitors to respect the following guidelines:

  • Confine marketing activities to the designated exhibit space
  • Do not offer food, beverages, or other consumables that could be unsafe for persons in recovery or could result in a positive urine screen for persons in a monitoring program (includes fermented beverages, poppy seeds, CBD products)
  • Exhibitors will NOT be provided with contact information for registrants attending the conference.
  • Respect the confidentiality and anonymity of the attendees and sign a confidentiality statement. Any information obtained during the conference must be done so directly with the individual.
  • Photo and video containing attendees at the annual meeting are prohibited.
  • We ask that you respect the anonymity of our membership by not attending any AA, Family Recovery, or Breakout meetings

Important Information:

  • Space is limited and all interested organizations must submit an exhibitor application for consideration.
  • A limited number of charitable nonprofit discount rate spots are available and must be pre-approved ($2,000). Please fill out the exhibitor application for consideration.
  • Additional questions should be emailed to executive@IDAA.org
